Do you ever think your level of fitness holds your badminton skills back?

Badminton is a physical sport and being fit and sharp makes a huge difference to how good at badminton you can be.

It’s one of those sports where there is a very high emphasis placed on technique… quite rightly so, but also to be a better player, you need to be fit too.

It’s no surprise that all the best players in the world are superb athletes as well as skilled racket players.

Really if you aren’t the most gifted of badminton players, then you can make an immediate impact on the amount of points you win, by simply getting a little fitter.

Here at, I’ve always been proud of the quality of information and resources I share with all my welcome guests and especially to you for subscribing to my newsletter.

So I take great delight when I come across someone that I think can be of benefit to the readers of my newsletter.

Recently a leading personal trainer from the UK called Jago Holmes contacted me about one of my coaching programs, so I took the opportunity to ask him if he’d be interested in creating me a fitness program, specifically for badminton.
