I’ve just been in touch with Jago, the author of a new Badminton training program and he’s finished it. He’s sending me a copy today, so I’ll have a look and let you know what I think.

He’s also got a really interesting free report about improving the power of your smash. It includes 3 exercises which you probably won’t have ever tried before. It works the exact muscles used when hitting a powerful smash.
