Always remember to prepare yourself to play more assertively and swing your racket in a quick motion. Using your wrist and fingers to guide the shuttle cross court. You can produce some power with your thumb (backhand stroke) and your index finger (forehand stroke).

I am 50year old and love to watch and play badminton.In my past life i was not reglure with playing.Now i want to play 4 to 5days in weak.But to much runing is not posiable due to my knee pain.So please advise me how can i improve my game.In my collage life i have played lot of badminton.Now I want to play good game with less afert.
