Zhao Jian Hua and Xiao Jie talks first talks about the speed of the shuttlecock and the quality of the shuttle. Goose feather shuttle would be more expensive than a duck feather shuttlecock as the quality is better.

Zhao also highlighted the point of shuttlecock is not really the most important thing in a badminton game. The technique is the most important, so he encouraged players, especially amateur players not focus too much in shuttlecocks as it's very costly.

Another thing , Zhao and Xiao Jie talks about is the string tension. What is good and bad about stringing the racket at a high and low tension.

Zhao and Xiao Jie also shares their view on picking up the right racket. Lastly in this episode, Zhao and Xiao Jie emphasizes the mental aspect of the game.
