Li never gives up on Xie Xing Fang

China badminton team took away 12 winner medals on 3 European nations. Coach Li Yong Bo use "success" to describe his pupil's performance. He also revealed that the whole team will get well prepared for the coming Sudirman Cup and World Championships.

Although the great successes of china had, there are still some things that Li Yong Bo is worried about: men singles Bao Chun Lai's knee surgery and Xie's recent poor performance.

After 3 months of close training, China team achieved outstanding results. But their journey to Europe was not all perfect. Xie's losing in All England and Swiss Super Series spark the argument on her retirement.

Tuesday (17th March) Xie came back to Beijing with his boyfriend Lin Dan avoiding the media. After Lin Dan lost the Swiss tournament to Malaysia Lee Chong Wei, he refuses to answer any questions from the media.

Li Yong Bo still supports Xie, he said: Although Xie have performed poorly, the team will not give up on her. Since she has more experience compared to younger players, she can lead those younger players to grow faster.

Zhang Ning, leading the Chinese women's team independently the first time bag 3 winners and 2 runner-ups. She indicates that she has learn a lot from this experience.

Wang Yi Han bagged a hat trick of championship winner medals, Zhang Ning said: "This has never happened in China women single's before. Beside of the improvement on tactical, I'm most satisfied with her physical condition. This proves that the winter training has achieved certain effects."

"But our other teammates still showed a lot of problems in the tournament and we shall overcome it in future training."
