Now it's Wong Mew Choo turn to do the exercise as Misbun looks on. These days it's very common and some say it's a must for girls who wants to excel in badminton to spar against men's players . For your info, the boys who sparring with Mew Choo in the video are Malaysia's national back up players Liew Darren and Tan Chun Seang.
