JCAS Sports Alley: A MENACE to Neighbors
by: Anonymous

This establishment doesn't honor civility towards its neighbors. Telephone them and politely request that they lower the volume of their music and they will just say "ok" without any apology. And worse, they will absolutely ignore your request no matter how often and polite you make it. This establishment will soon suffer the consequences of its disrespectful attitude towards its neighbors, "karma".

JCAS Sports Alley: A MENACE to Neighbors
by: Anonymous

JCAS Sports Alley is behind the daily suffering mercilessly inflicted on its immediate neighbors day and night. Years before JCAS appeared, the residential area it occupies in Brgy. Mabolo, City of Malolos used to be serene, quiet and peaceful - the knid of neighborhood any normal person would want to find himself waking up and going home to. Now, all that wakes up the neighborhood, especially during early hours of weekends (when people tired from working the whole week tries to catch some extra hours of sleep) is the intense and ground shaking noise of aerobics-hungry goers of JCAS (instead of the gentle chirping of birds)! The noise is just too much that shouting is necessary to carry on a conversation. At night, this dark side of JCAS pounces on its neighbors once again with devilish resurgence, completely blocking any attempt at newswatching or sincere saying of the Angelus! To top this, every Christmas season -as if the whole year of noise barrage isn't enough- JCAS stages a day of "no holds barred" earthshakingly loud videoke that lasts until they're up to it. Many times I wonder where the people from JCAS grew up, what kind of family reared them, or what kind of education they managed to have. Thankfully, some members of the House of Representatives came up with the BRILLIANT House Bill 1648 that aims to regulate noise pollution that makes countless people suffer due to improper use of gadgets - the way JCAS exactly does! I am really hoping to see the day House Bill 1648 applying its full force to JCAS Sports Alley and to any noise pollutant who knows no neighbor and sound ecology! Hail HB 1648!
